Group trips are simple if two things are decided early: how many people are actually coming, and where they get picked up. Everything else follows from that. What to fit in
9 to 13: Tempo Traveller
The workhorse for family and office groups. Everyone travels together, luggage goes at the back.
20 to 27: mini bus
For picnics and school trips. Check that the picnic ground and the last road can take a bus before you fix it.
35 to 45: full bus
For large picnics, weddings and college trips. Needs a wide approach road and space to turn.
What to fix before you book
A final head count, two or three pickup points instead of eight, one person who talks to the driver, the departure time, and whether the vehicle stays with you all day or drops and returns. For a picnic, book the ground first and the bus after, because in December and January the good grounds go before the buses do. Send us these details on WhatsApp and we come back with the vehicle and a written quote.

One head count, one contact person. Groups lose an hour every time the list changes on the morning.
Ask about the last stretch of road. Buses cannot reach some picnic spots and forest lodges.
For school trips tell us the ages and the number of teachers, so seating and stops are planned properly.
Road distances and drive times here are checked on road routing data and then widened for real traffic. Timings, ferry hours and entry rules change with the season, so ask us the day before you go and we will tell you what the road is like that week.

Can the bus pick up from three or four different areas?
Yes, and we plan the route so the pickups fall in a line rather than doubling back. Give us the list a day ahead and the driver calls each point.
Do you handle regular office pickups too?
Yes, monthly and long term contracts for staff pickup and drop, with the same drivers each day. Tell us the shift timings and the areas and we will put a plan together.
