The visa file, done sitting with you
Document list, forms, photos, bank statements and the appointment slot. We take it step by step and collect what we can from your house. The embassy decides the result, not us, and we never pretend otherwise.
Puja and long-weekend cars go early. Book your date now.
Visa paperwork · flights from CCU · pickup from your gate
Most people from our area travel to a Park Street office to plan a foreign trip, then chase a stranger for the visa file. We do it like everything else we do. One WhatsApp chat, papers collected from your house, flights from Kolkata, hotel names before you pay, and our own car to Dum Dum and back at both ends.

why book it locally
Making the day-by-day plan is the easy part, and every agency has one. What really matters is who picks up the phone when your visa date moves or your flight is cancelled.
Document list, forms, photos, bank statements and the appointment slot. We take it step by step and collect what we can from your house. The embassy decides the result, not us, and we never pretend otherwise.
Everything is planned around flights from Kolkata. Direct where there is one, and one sensible stop where there is not. We hold the option and show it to you. Nothing is ticketed until you say yes.
You get the real hotel name and area before you pay anything, so you can look it up yourself. If we cannot hold that hotel, we tell you and give a new price. We do not quietly change it.
This is the part other agencies leave out. Our own car takes the family to Dum Dum for the flight and waits for you when you land back at 2am. The same cars you already use for local trips.
One coordinator on WhatsApp before, during and after the trip. If something goes wrong in Bangkok or Paro, you explain it in your own language to someone who knows your booking.
Honeymoon, family with elders and children, a group of friends, or an office trip. The plan is made for your group, at your speed, with your food choices written into it.
what a quote covers
We still do not publish prices, because a foreign trip changes with airline seats, season and hotel class. What does not change is how the price is put together.
Included in the price
Charged separately, told to you first
Air tickets, visa filing and arrangements abroad are done through our ticketing and destination partners. The trip and the money stay our responsibility, and you get one full price in writing before anything is booked.
how it runs
Destination or just “somewhere warm in December”, rough dates, how many adults and children, and whether passports are ready.
You get a day-by-day plan with hotel names and flight options, and one full price. No cheap per-person figure that grows later.
We build the visa file with you and submit it. Flights and hotels are ticketed only after you approve the plan and the amount.
Our car takes you to the terminal, and the same coordinator is on WhatsApp for the whole trip until you are home.

foreign trip questions
We do the paperwork with you: the document list, the forms, photos, bank papers and the appointment. Then we file it through our visa partner. The embassy takes the decision. Anyone who promises you a sure visa is lying.
Visa and embassy fees do not come back, and we tell you that in writing before you pay them. The rest depends on how far the booking has gone. Hotel money can usually be recovered; air tickets follow the airline rules. We show you the real position, not a vague answer.
Thirty to forty-five days for Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Bali. Nepal and Bhutan need much less, because there is no visa. For Puja, Christmas and school holidays the problem is flight seats, not papers, so ask two to three months ahead.
At least six months left on the passport from your travel date, and two blank pages. Every child needs a passport too, however small. If a passport is about to expire, renew it first and travel after. We will plan the dates around that.
The usual ones from our area: Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan. Europe, Turkey, Egypt and places further away are quoted through our partners and need more time, so ask early and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
That is most of what we do locally, and it carries over. Fewer stops in a day, lifts instead of stairs, food that suits, wheelchair help asked for at every airport, and no six-hour road trip right after a night flight.
No. These are private trips. Your family or your group, your own car and guide abroad, your own speed. If you would rather join a bigger group to spend less, tell us and we will look for one.
not sure yet? send the date anyway. If we cannot do it, we will say so.

Even if the plan is only “Dubai sometime in winter, four of us”, that is enough to start. You will get a day-by-day plan, hotel names and one written price, and you pay nothing until you are happy with all three.
