what we do for companies

Built for accounts departments

Corporate travel breaks on paperwork and consistency far more often than on the driving. That is where we focus.

Monthly contracts

A vehicle attached to your office for a month or longer, with a fixed structure agreed upfront and one bill at the end.

Named, regular drivers

The same faces every day. Your staff, your MD and your reception all know who is coming.

Client and guest pickups

Airport meet and greet for visiting clients, with flight tracking and a clean vehicle appropriate to who is arriving.

Staff and shift movement

Regular shift runs and staff pickups across the Barrackpore, Dum Dum, Salt Lake and New Town belt.

Event and conference movement

Multiple vehicles for a training, a launch or a conference, coordinated as one operation instead of many separate bookings.

Paperwork that passes audit

Proper invoices with GST shown, trip records and a single point of contact your accounts team can actually email.

how contracts are structured

Agreed before it starts

Corporate work only stays clean if the boundaries are written down. Every contract we run states all of this in advance.

Included in the price

  • Vehicle and driver for the agreed duty hours
  • Fuel inside the agreed monthly limit
  • Driver allowance for the agreed shift pattern
  • Replacement vehicle if the regular one is off road
  • Monthly consolidated invoice with GST shown
  • One account contact reachable in working hours

Charged separately, told to you first

  • Duty hours and kilometres beyond the agreed monthly limit
  • Outstation duty, quoted separately
  • Tolls, parking and permits
  • Night-shift or holiday duty outside the agreed pattern

We give a price for your trip, not from a rate card, so you get one full amount in writing. Nothing above is added later without your yes.

how it starts

From call to first morning

  1. 1

    Tell us the requirement

How many vehicles, what class, which duty hours, which locations and how long the contract runs.

  2. 2

We tell you how it will run

Which car, what hours, how many kilometres a month, and what is not included. All in writing.

  3. 3

    Paperwork and trial

Agreement signed, and most companies start with a short trial period before committing longer.

  4. 4

    Same driver, every day

The vehicle is attached to your office with a named driver, and billing is monthly.

corporate questions

What procurement asks us

Do you give a proper GST invoice?

Yes. Monthly consolidated invoices with GST shown separately, plus trip records if your accounts team needs the backup.

What if the assigned car breaks down?

A replacement vehicle is part of the contract. Your morning does not depend on one car staying healthy.

Can we start with one vehicle?

Yes, and most companies start that way. One car, one month, then decide. We would rather earn the second car than argue for it.

Do you cover night shifts?

Yes, if the shift pattern is agreed at contract stage so the driver roster is built for it rather than improvised.

not sure yet? send the date anyway. If we cannot do it, we will say so.

Tell us the vehicles, the duty hours and the locations. You will get a proposed structure in writing, and you can start with a trial month.
